We exclusively use single-origin cocoa almonds (DOC) with geographical indication (GI), placing our chocolates in an exceptionally exclusive category. In fact, only 2% of all the chocolates produced worldwide possess these distinctive characteristics.

Have you ever wondered what makes our chocolate so delightfully irresistible?
The answer lies in our hands-on approach—a meticulous journey overseeing every step of the process. From cultivating cocoa trees on our family-owned farms in the heart of the lush Mata Atlântica, Brazil's biodiverse wonderland, to expertly crafting those heavenly chocolate bars.
Our cocoa almonds are harvested, cracked open, and swiftly transported on the same day to preserve their unique essence. We ferment them in wooden boxes, infusing a one-of-a-kind aroma that defines the character of our chocolate.
Next, we naturally dry them in sunlit greenhouses, where our cocoa takes on a mellow quality, reducing acidity for a smoother taste. The final step involves roasting the cocoa almonds and handcrafting our chocolate bars to capture the essence of their terroir—resulting in a pure, melt-in-your-mouth, out-of-this-world chocolate experience.
